TINA'S TAMARILLO TOPPING

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup apple juice
1 cup finely chopped & peeled tamarillos
1 Tablespoon cornstarch

DIRECTIONS:

Boil tamarillos in apple juice until soft

Mash or puree

Reheat & add cornstarch & a dash of lemon juice.
