Very juicy & sweet tasting medium size
Make fresh juice by blending one kilogram tangeloes with one or two apples
Chop tangelo flesh in chunks & add to a basis muffin mixture. Garnish muffin tops into thin slices of tangelo with peel left on
Sprinkle fish with tangelo juice, salt & pepper & cook in foil parcels
Make a tangy salad dressing by combining tangelo juice & zest with apple cider vinegar, grated ginger & a bit of chilli (if you like it).
Use on a coleslaw or green salad
